When:      Next Shabbat Afternoon, March 18, 4:00 PM
Where:    Jan & Ron Robertson's, 4935 Baldwin Ave, Temple City
What:       Friendship, study, music, a meal, and Havdalah.
The 3rd meal,  is a Jewish Shabbat tradition.
Study: As preparation for Passover, we will be discussing the Burning Bush.
This miracle is both mundane and profound, a fundamental alteration to the nature of the universe, and also a call-to-action. Can you speak truth to power? Linda Elyad will lead a visualization exercise about facing our personal Pharaoh of fear.
Food: We will all contribute. Please bring something so we can have a nice dinner. (No pork, no shellfish. Meat and milk OK.)  Please call or email to let Linda know who is coming and know what food you'll be bringing.
If you have any questions, call Linda Elyad, .
We look forward to hanging out with you Shabbat afternoon,
4:00 pm, March 18th

One With Nature/Big Bear Mid-July Camping Trip

Want to get away from it all - a place where your cell phone, for sure won't work?  Try a "remote camp site" outside of Big Bear.  No pitching a tent next to a 30' motor home on this trip.
The idea would be to meet around 6:00 A. M. on a Friday morning, camp out two nights, and return late Sunday afternoon. This trip requires a great deal of planning in terms of transportation, food, and logistics. Therefore, if you have any interest at all, please contact Bill Joseph and let him know soon.
